Graduate Practicum Intern
Does something just feel... off lately? Maybe life isn’t unfolding the way you hoped, or it feels different without a clear reason. You might find yourself stuck in patterns you can’t explain, overwhelmed by emotions that seem to come out of nowhere, or simply aware that something needs to shift—even if you’re not sure what. If you're searching for clarity, healing, or a new sense of direction, you're not alone. Starting therapy could be the first meaningful step forward.
I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, substance use, anger, and difficult life transitions. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where we collaborate—not just to explore what’s not working, but to discover what can. Through compassion and curiosity, we can begin to understand your story, reconnect with your values, and move toward the life you want to lead.
I'm a counselor-in-training currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Biology from the University of South Florida. My background in biology taught me to see systems as interconnected and delicately balanced—a perspective I bring to mental health. I approach each client with a holistic lens, considering the emotional, relational, and environmental factors that shape well-being.
Whether you're in crisis or simply seeking growth, I’m here to walk alongside you with openness, respect, and a deep belief in your capacity for change.
