As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where individuals, couples, families, and adolescents can heal, grow, and navigate life’s challenges. I believe that true transformation happens when we address both the mind and spirit, and for those who desire, I offer faith-based counseling as an integral part of the healing process. While faith work is always optional, I am passionate about incorporating God’s truth into therapy for those seeking spiritual guidance alongside evidence-based techniques.
I specialize in working with adolescents who are navigating self-esteem, identity, peer relationships, family conflict, and emotional regulation. I also work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-worth, and personal growth. In addition, I help couples and families strengthen communication, resolve conflict, rebuild trust, and foster deeper emotional connections.
My approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs, integrating cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and relational therapy techniques. Whether you are seeking to deepen your relationships, overcome personal struggles, or find clarity and purpose, I am here to walk alongside you in your journey. You don’t have to do this alone-healing and renewal are possible, and I would be honored to support you along the way.
