Graduate Practicum Intern
Life can feel unpredictable, and at times the challenges we face may seem overwhelming to manage alone. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, or navigating major life transitions, reaching out for support is a courageous first step toward healing and growth.
My counseling approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in client-centered care. I believe each person carries unique strengths and resilience, and my role is to help you recognize and build on them. Together, we'll create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard and understood, while also exploring practical solutions that empower you to make meaningful change. I take a holistic view of well-being, considering the emotional, physical, social, and spiritual aspects of life, and I often integrate solution-focused strategies to help clarify goals and move toward the future you want to create.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families, and I tailor each session to meet the needs of each client. My goal is to help foster self-awareness, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
