Do you feel as though you are all alone and that you are stuck? Perhaps you are going through a marriage conflict, experiencing loss and grief, or have endured an abusive life and are struggling with long-lasting emotional and mental pain. Does it feel as though no one understands what you are going through, as though you think and see differently? You are feeling ripped apart by dealing with all the misfortunes life throws you, and you desire the strength to get you through.
I specialize in Motivational Interviewing and interpersonal relationships as well as in behavioral therapy approaches. I am passionate about sharing love, growth, and development with the individual I counsel, especially when they undergo difficult and painful times in their life.
I deliver a caring, person-centered approach, and a safe environment for individuals to function through every emotion they feel. I firmly believe you can get through these stages of development, and you have the willpower to finish your journey. It’s an honor to walk with you on your journey to reach your full potential.
