Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself? Are you carrying emotions that feel too heavy to hold on your own? You don’t have to navigate that alone. Therapy can be a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe enough to begin again—exactly as you are.
Taylor is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who approaches therapy with warmth, authenticity, and deep respect for each individual’s unique story. Her work is rooted in a person-centered philosophy, creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences freely. She believes that healing begins within a genuine therapeutic relationship built on trust and empathy.
Taylor takes a holistic and integrative approach, recognizing the connection between mind, body, and spirit. She is passionate about helping clients not only understand their experiences but also reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. For clients who desire it, she also incorporates a faith-based perspective, integrating spiritual beliefs and values into the therapeutic process as a source of strength, meaning, and healing.
Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Taylor supports clients in identifying and reshaping unhelpful thought patterns while developing practical tools to manage intense emotions. She also incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles, helping clients explore and understand the different “parts” within themselves with curiosity and compassion, fostering internal balance and healing.
With a background in art and creativity, Taylor values the power of expressive therapies as a meaningful outlet for processing emotions and experiences. She offers creative interventions for those who feel drawn to explore beyond traditional talk therapy.
Taylor is currently continuing her professional growth through advanced training, including Gottman Level One, and has a strong interest in expanding her work through EMDR, somatic approaches, and expressive modalities. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-doubt, and relational challenges.
Taylor earned her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a minor in Graphic Design from Palm Beach Atlantic University and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She also holds a Nutritional Consulting Certification from Trinity School of Natural Health, reflecting her commitment to a whole-person approach to wellness.
She is dedicated to helping clients of all ages build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
At the core of her work is a simple belief: you already have the capacity to heal and grow sometimes you just need the right space and support to access it.
