Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern
You’re tired. Tired of the same arguments, the same anxiety, the same feeling that no matter how hard you try — nothing actually changes. Whether you’re navigating a relationship that feels stuck, a family that can’t seem to get on the same page, or a version of yourself you don’t quite recognize anymore, you’re in the right place.
I work with couples, families, and individuals who are done going in circles and ready to actually feel different. That might mean figuring out why you and your partner keep having the same fight. It might mean untangling the beliefs your family has always operated by — the ones nobody questions but everyone feels. Or it might just mean finally understanding why you think and feel the way you do, and building a life that actually fits.
I’m real, direct, and I won’t let you stay comfortable in what’s keeping you stuck — but I’ll make you feel safe the whole time. My clients say I’m like a trusted friend who actually challenges you. I get it because I’ve lived it — the anxiety, the overwhelm, the pressure to hold everything together. That’s not a tagline. It’s why I do this work.
As a certified ADHD Specialist, Gottman-trained couples therapist, and LGBTQIA+ ally, I bring 3 years of counseling experience and 10 years in healthcare to every session — which means I understand both the emotional and practical sides of getting your life to a better place. No one-size-fits-all plans. Just honest, grounded support to help you become who you’re meant to be.
You found me for a reason. Let’s get to work.
