Are you feeling stuck, like you're not where you thought you'd be? Does anxiety or chronic stress leave you feeling exhausted or unseen? Maybe you're managing a chronic illness or trying to hold everything together while quietly struggling inside. You don’t have to go through this alone. I'm here to create a space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to take steps toward healing.
Whether you're coping with anxiety, depression, chronic health challenges, or simply navigating life's transitions, I offer a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. These tools help us gently explore what's keeping you stuck and create meaningful change together. My background in dance, education, and business ownership has taught me the power of resilience, teamwork, and showing up fully—even when life doesn’t go as planned. I work well with both adults and children, and my goal is always to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you work toward the life you want.
