Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern
At certain times in our lives, we all need a little help. A nonjudgmental and caring person to listen and walk alongside us through difficult times can be an agent for positive change in our lives.
As your counselor, I aim to help you find wellness and peace of mind. Working together, we can discover barriers to your wellness and develop a plan to help you meet your goals.
My approaches are cognitive-behavioral, ACT, and solution-focused. Whether your struggles involve depression, anxiety, relationships, grief, career, addiction, or something else, I believe there is always hope.
Alongside a comprehensive education in psychology and counseling, I have taken additional trainings in Gottman Couples Counseling and Internal Family Systems.
