As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where individuals, couples, families, and adolescents feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow. I believe meaningful change happens through exploring both emotional experiences and relational patterns. For clients who desire it, I offer faith-based counseling as an optional addition, integrating spiritual perspective with evidence-based practices.
I specialize in working with couples seeking to strengthen communication, resolve conflict, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. I also support adolescents and individuals navigating challenges related to self-esteem, identity, peer relationships, family conflict, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and self-worth.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client, integrating cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and relational techniques. I emphasize practical tools and real-life application to support lasting change. Whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, or stronger relationships, you don’t have to do this alone. I would be honored to support you in your journey.
