Throughout this journey called life, we can struggle with negative thoughts and emotions. However, we may not know how to understand and change or redirect those thoughts or emotions in a healthy and positive way. I want to be a resource to help my clients heal, by developing skills to enhance their lives in a positive way. I will share the tools needed to develop healthy and positive ways to deal with different situations that you will face.
As your counselor, it is essential to provide those seeking help with a safe, caring and judgement-free environment. Throughout our conversations, together, we will work to discover what challenges you are experiencing. Then we will work on a plan to find a healthy solution to those problems by developing new skills for life’s daily challenges.
Keith Simmons is pursuing his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. He has a bachelor’s degree in Christian Counseling from Liberty University. His diverse background enables him to have a unique perspective on helping people make a positive change in their lives.
