Life has a way of bringing change, stress, and seasons of uncertainty. Even when we are doing our best, we may find ourselves feeling overwhelmed or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, or life transitions, reaching out for support is an act of courage and self-care. You deserve a space where you don’t have to carry everything on your own.
My counseling style is warm, accepting, and nonjudgmental. I work from a humanistic lens, which means I see you as the expert on your own life. I have a particular interest in working with anxiety disorders and supporting individuals in building self-esteem and confidence. Together, we will focus on what truly matters to you. I draw from a person-centered approach to help you build insight and connect more deeply with your emotions and experiences. My goal is to walk alongside you as we explore your strengths, identify patterns that may no longer serve you, and create space for growth, balance, and self-compassion. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Healthcare from the University of South Florida and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University.
