RGraduate Student Intern
Life has a way of bringing change, stress, and seasons of uncertainty. Even when we are doing our best, we may find ourselves feeling overwhelmed or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, depression, relationship concerns, or major life transitions, reaching out for support is a courageous and meaningful step. You deserve a space where you don’t have to carry everything on your own.
My counseling style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I work from a client-centered and solution-focused approach, viewing each client as the expert on their own experiences. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore what matters most to them.
I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan and have experience supporting children as they develop emotional awareness, coping skills, and confidence. I value meeting clients where they are and tailoring my approach to fit each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. Together, we will focus on building insight, fostering resilience, and creating practical strategies to support meaningful and sustainable change.
