Jordan Buckley, MA, LMHC
She/Her/Hers
Welcome! I am proud of you for taking the first step in living a happier and healthier life. It takes bravery and courage to step out of our comfort zone and acknowledge that life is not going exactly as planned. You may be struggling to manage your emotions, deal with day-to-day stressors, have healthy interpersonal relationships, or cope with a traumatic experience.
My approach to counseling begins with creating a safe and comfortable space to share your thoughts and feelings without judgement. We then work together to create a treatment plan that includes personalized goals and evidence-based interventions to help guide us in the counseling process. I look forward to starting this journey with you. Alone we are strong, but together we are stronger.
