I’m here to hold that safe and open space for you to address your feelings, develop a means to cope and discover your motivations for growth. Our session will be a collaborative partnership where we will work to help you gain insight and clarity for your future.
I specialize in working with anxiety, social anxiety, adjustment to life changes and grief, using an integrative approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I welcome working with women, men, teens, and young adults from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. My style is inclusive and welcoming to all, so whether you’re facing a recent life challenge or unpacking experiences from the past, I’m here to support you in creating lasting, meaningful change.
Jill Jeffries is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker has worked in the mental health field since 2019. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of South Florida, along with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College. She brings both professional and lived experience with grief, anxiety, and divorce, offering a compassionate and insightful approach to care.
