Registered Clinical Social Work Intern
I recognize it takes great strength to explore who you are and to initiate change. Choosing change shows a commitment and an investment in You! I am passionate about the well-being of others and driven, with compassion, to help those at any stage seeking emotional well-being. I’m here to hold that safe and open space for you to address your feelings, develop a means to cope and discover your motivations for growth. Our session will be a collaborative partnership where we will work to help you gain insight and clarity for your future.
My style is warm, encouraging, straightforward and practical. Using a solution-focused approach, together we will expand your skills in communication and emotion expression and build strategies to let go of old patterns and self-defeating thoughts that no longer serve you. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression or the stress of everyday life has you feeling stuck I’m here to support you in creating a new path forward. I value the willingness of my clients to explore their journey with me. It would be my honor to support your personal growth, assist you in restoring balance during difficult life transitions and feel more empowered in all areas of your life.
