Have you found yourself in unexpected circumstances or transitions in life? Do you feel like you are dealing with something you cannot tell anyone about? Are you having a difficult time with your family or children? Are the teen years more than you thought they would be? Are you experiencing feelings of uncertainty, anxiety, or depression? I get it! You are not the only one and you do not have to go through this alone.
Having experienced many of these same things, I can relate to how you feel. As a survivor of domestic violence and single mom for 12 years to 4 children, I know the pressures of life and raising children. Having lived through the teen years, I can tell you it does get better.
Whether you are in extreme relationship struggles or just simply need some encouragement and support, I invite you to reach out and make an appointment. Allow me to support you in your journey towards health and wholeness.
