Life presents an array of challenges. There are moments that can evoke discomfort, confusion, being overwhelmed and at times, can feel insurmountable. Bearing the weight of these challenges can be arduous and draining, yet it’s crucial to recognize that facing life’s hardships does not need to be done alone. Choosing to seek help is a courageous and empowering stride towards making positive changes and reclaiming your well-being.
As your counselor, my goal is to provide a comfortable, safe, open space where we can work together to navigate and understand the emotions and feelings that come with life experiences. We will work together to create a plan that will help you not only meet your goals, but foster a sense of self-discovery and empowerment.
Brianna Miah obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Post University. She also earned her Master’s degree in Public Health Administration from Ashworth College. She is currently pursuing another master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern. Brianna has spent the last four years as a behavioral therapist working with children diagnosed with Autism.
