Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Do you find yourself struggling with life’s stressors? Maybe you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated and aren’t sure how to move forward. Sometimes we just need a safe space to process what’s on our mind, while other times we need to learn new tools to manage these stressors. I’m here to help as we work together to identify your goals and create positive changes.
I know asking for help is sometimes a scary thing to do, but speaks to the strength you have. I utilize a non-judgmental, person-centered approach to counseling, which means I believe in meeting you where you’re at.
I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your journey.
