Graduate Practicum Intern
Are you feeling like you’re not quite yourself lately? Maybe the weight of life’s challenges feels too heavy to carry alone? It’s common to experience moments of uncertainty and emotional distress, and it’s normal to feel overwhelmed by the ups and downs we face in life. Whether you’re struggling with feelings of sadness, frustration, or just a sense of being stuck, it’s important to acknowledge these emotions and take that first step toward seeking support. The fact that you’re here shows the strength in your willingness to create change.
My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s going on inside and uncover these personal challenges. By building a trusting relationship, I hope to help you feel more self-aware and empowered to navigate life’s challenges, whatever they may be. I believe that healing involves not only addressing your mental and emotional well-being but also connecting the mind with the body. Everyone deserves a space where they can be heard and understood, and I’m here to support you through it.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida, and I am currently a graduate intern at NOVA Southeastern University, pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to healing and personal growth.
