Do you feel alone in the world? Do you have pain in your life that you can’t carry alone? Do you have goals that you don’t know how to achieve? Do you feel disconnected with yourself? Are you looking for a safe space to be your true self? Many people feel this way and you are not alone. By seeking help you are taking that next step to have a better life. I want to meet you where you are. I am here for YOU.
My approach is person-centered, rooted in empathy, acceptance, and authenticity. I operate with a holistic mindset meaning I believe in the importance of being one with mind, body and spirit. Another area of concentration my approach values is a focus on emotional regulation and personality unification. We will explore past issues to help you break barriers that hold you from becoming your best self and living your best life. Through my art background, I see the importance in expressive arts, which is an area I like to incorporate if the client wants a creative outlet. I want to give you a safe space to be you where you will not feel judged.
Whether you are wrestling with anxiety, depression, or other struggles, we will work together to developing coping mechanisms and strategies to help overcome these hardships. Through goal setting and mindfulness techniques we will work collaboratively to develop strategies and help you feel connected with yourself and strengthen your relationships. Life is hard, but you do not have to do it alone.
