Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
“Effective therapy is about a number of things: experience, expertise, a clear diagnosis, concise goals, and the knowledge and the tools to effectively navigate difficult life issues. It’s also about possessing a genuine concern for the patient and their pain.”
I have always been genuinely interested in the wellbeing and uniqueness of everybody around me. I believe that anyone can gain knowledge through their experiences in an optimistic, warm, supportive, therapeutic environment. When facing challenges and struggles, you do not need to feel alone; it can be very advantageous to have someone by your side who is nonjudgmental, understanding, and compassionate. Taking the opportunity to seek out help is not a sign of weakness; it is an admirable attempt to try to live a more fulfilling life for yourself and demonstrates a great deal of strength! I can help you to discover the useful tools that lie within you in order to cope with life’s troubles, enabling you to have the kind of life you would like to have.

In a safe and supportive environment, I assist adults, adolescents, couples and families to access their core beliefs and values, identify strengths and develop new patterns of behavior to create lasting change in their lives. I feel that I act as a guide for my clients on their journey toward self-awareness and self-discovery. I strive to provide a safe and peaceful space in which clients can learn new coping skills to enable them to move toward their life goals.
