Seeing behaviors that concern us in our teen can evoke a strong sense of fear in each parent.

I find it my mission and my passion to walk beside individuals and couples to help not only find themselves, but to re-discover each other again. I have worked with teenagers, couples and families for over 19 years. I want to help bridge the gap between you and your teen or between you and your partner by helping you better understand how to connect and effectively communicate.
I know how my clients feel. I am a wife and a mother of 7. I understand the challenges of balancing a relationship and a career. The fine line between feeling connected and feeling isolated. As a mom of 7 I have experienced the teenage years first hand and all the challenges that go along with it. We are also a blended family and so I know the feelings and thoughts that one has when they just want to "get it right". Shari has over 19 years experience as an LMHC. She is a Fl Supreme Court Certified Parent Coordinator and a proud member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, American Mental Health Counselors Association and Florida Mental Health Counselors Association. She is the founder, owner, and Clinical Director of Breaking Free Services, LLC. She is also a wife and mother of 4 and stepmother of 3, and seriously dedicated to serving her Lord first, family second, and her ministry and calling third.
