Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (pending)
Are you struggling with feelings of anxiety or feeling like you cannot keep up with all your responsibilities? Do you notice that important things are getting pushed aside because you don’t have the energy or focus you had before? Are you tired of not feeling like yourself? Maybe past experiences are interfering with your general functioning and other relationships. Regardless of what you are experiencing or how hopeless it may feel, help is here. I will help you to face difficult situations that may seem overwhelming or to help you build back to being the best version of yourself.
I know that asking for help is not an easy thing to do, but you’ve taken a huge step just by being here. I am passionate about helping you heal from difficult experiences and taking the necessary steps to move forward. Together we can collaborate to set goals for your life and making changes to reach those goals. I will be your co-pilot as we navigate our way through this process, no matter how long it takes. In our work together, I will use different techniques to best fit your individual needs during sessions. During our time together, you will experience warmth and understanding, along with my underlying sense of humor and authenticity. I will create a nonjudgmental space in which you, or your teenager, will feel safe and accepted.
