Are you feeling caught in damaging cycles? Do you often find yourself thinking about your past and the trauma it may have caused you? We all deserve to break free from our past coping mechanisms. Oftentimes, we can feel stuck within our own head or have difficult times reducing or ignoring intrusive thoughts. These coping mechanisms may have served us once, but now they might be hindering us. With therapy, you can learn new strategies to feel confident and successful to take back your life.
My style and approach to therapy is cognitive behavior therapy. Together, we will dive into what is currently making you feel stuck and find strategies that work for you. The goal is to help you regain the confidence you need to pursue your dreams and let go of what no longer serves you. Therapy can be a challenging process, but it is a wonderful process that allows you to learn to love yourself! I look forward to going on your journey with you.
