Is life just moving too fast? Do you find yourself having trouble unwinding or relaxing at the end of the day? In the world we live in now, with all the “Go,Go,Go!”, it can be hard to find the time to turn off your brain and take care of you. Asking for help can seem scary and actually going to therapy can seem even harder. I am here to meet you where you are and help work with you to guide you through tough times. My therapeutic approach is one focused on empathy, compassion, kindness and a slight touch of humor!
While working with me, you can expect a low stress environment where you are encouraged to express yourself without worry or fear of being judged. I strive to create an environment where we will identify and build off your strengths in order to focus on how you can use those strengths to better your current situation. I firmly believe that gaining and establishing rapport is crucial to the therapeutic process, so be ready to talk about your likes and hobbies! The healing process can be a journey but I am here to stand alongside you during this journey. We all deserve to be heard, validated and cared for in our everyday lives and I’m here to help.
