If you’ve never been to counseling before, I know it can seem daunting. But taking this first step of finding help speaks volumes to the strength you already have. It is my passion to help you achieve your goals and make changes in your life—whatever they may be. I will guide and support you throughout the process, and most importantly, I mold my techniques to fit with each individual person. When working with me, you will experience my warmth, humor, and genuine compassion and empathy in every one of our sessions. In our work together, I will help you realize your current strengths and utilize them to achieve your goals.
The nonjudgmental, therapeutic environment is a powerful thing, and it would be a pleasure to work with you or your teen and provide the experience of feeling empowered and accepted. Remember that you and your family are worth investing in, and it is never too late to ask for help.
