Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Are you a person looking and searching for answers? Are you struggling, and it seems that no matter what you do, it isn’t enough? Facing these concerns can not only be stressful and overwhelming, but also lonely and at times, hopeless.
It is my passion and calling to work with people of all ages starting from early childhood to late into adulthood. As I work with you, we will focus together on overcoming the struggles and obstacles that you are experiencing. In counseling, connection and trust are key when working together. I know how difficult it is for anyone to trust and open up to others. Thus, I believe it is necessary for me to work with you at YOUR pace, and provide a non-judgmental space that is tailored to YOUR needs. In the first meeting, I would like to get to know you, and then afterwards we see each other for as often as you need. You are not alone in this journey, and to me, YOU matter.
Some individuals worry that nothing is getting done in counseling. I want you to know that when I meet with you, we learn experiences that work while also incorporating activities and techniques that are personalized for you. We create goals together, and learn various skills that not only harness your strengths, but also address the struggles you’re facing.
If you are still not sure if this is the correct path for you, I want to listen to what you have to say and be a support for you as you go through the hardships of life. Together we can find what it is you need… you don’t have to face this alone anymore. Whether we talk about Anime or video games, or even the pressures from work and family, I want us to work together where we can face what it is you are going through.
If you have any questions, concerns, or are interested in working with me, please call and schedule an appointment.
