Are you having trouble finding your path in life? Life is complicated, and it is okay to ask for help. You do not have to walk life completely alone. It takes courage to change what has not been working for you. My experience working with various mental conditions and age groups brings a unique style to mental health therapy. I strongly believe in a natural approach to healing – a holistic, collaborative approach.
You love your child, but it feels like you cannot make them happy? I am here to help your child find the solutions they need. ADHD, depression, and anxiety are all conditions that require family cooperation to help your child learn to cope with the symptoms. I love working with children and engaging the entire family in the therapy process.
Your child and whole family receiving therapy will help you become stronger. It never hurts to ask for help. My approach to individual counseling is the same, except that the focus will be on behavior change. Without applying the techniques and tools learned in therapy, individual counseling can only do so much. I am here to help anyone single and trying to figure out life. We can find your life’s passion and vitality again!
