Graduate Practicum Intern
Life doesn’t always go as planned, and sometimes it can feel difficult to manage everything on your own. Whether you’re feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, stuck in a life transition, or struggling with relationships, reaching out for support can be the first step toward healing and growth.
My approach to counseling is client-centered, holistic, and solution-focused. Using the client-centered approach, I prioritize my therapeutic relationship with you and actively listen to you with empathy and unconditional positive regard. Using a holistic approach, we will consider the emotional, physical, spiritual, and social dimensions of your well-being. By incorporating solution-focused techniques, I will help you identify your strengths, clarify goals, and develop practical steps to create meaningful change in your life.
Whether working with individuals, couples, children, or families, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering resilience, self-awareness, and personal growth along the way.
