Do you feel like reminders of the past prevent you from moving forward? Are you caught in a cycle that you don’t know how to break? Unresolved trauma leaves us feeling broken, damaged and disconnected from our true selves. You may be feeling discouraged, misunderstood, and exhausted by how much energy it takes to cope on a daily basis. If you or your child are experiencing nightmares, flashbacks, or panic related to past events, we should talk. The struggles you are facing can affect emotional and physical health. I want to work with you to better manage and understand what you or your child is experiencing.
You can learn how to take control of your thoughts, emotions, and habits that are holding you back. Therapy can be a beautiful process of finding the light in your life again; to bring more joy into each day and less suffering by increasing self awareness, reimagining your life, and putting the past behind you. Imagine how your life could be without your suffering weighing you down.
I specialize in trauma recovery, child and adolescent behavior issues, adoption, and family blending. Let me help you rediscover hope through individualized professional counseling services. Counseling services are provided for children, adolescents, families and individuals. I would be honored to hear your story and walk with you on your journey.
