Have you ever felt like you were not being heard, like no one was understanding you? Do you feel you are alone and not sure how to ask for help? One of the hardest, nerve-wracking steps to take is to come to counseling and seek the help you need to make your life more fulfilling. The main focus of my work is developing a collaborative relationship with you so that we can work as a team. I want to understand you and your experiences fully so that way we can work together to utilize your strengths and begin your journey to wellness. I aim to provide a laid back, safe and welcoming environment in which you can feel open to express yourself in any way possible that is the most comfortable for you. When working with me, you will experience warmth, empathy, and compassion throughout the entirety of our time together.
There are many hurdles and obstacles in life that can be hard to go through and navigate on your own. I am there to support you and make you feel heard in every session we have together in order to reach your goals. Taking this first step and asking for help is brave and I want to commend you on seeking the help you deserve.
I look forward to working with you and starting this new journey together.
