Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
Are you a teen or an adult going through a difficult life transition right now? Maybe you are going through a divorce, someone you love has passed, or you have endured abuse and you are struggling with the emotional pain of it all. Perhaps you are feeling utterly torn apart through the hardships that life brings and want a safe space of healing.
My specialty is grief counseling and I am passionate about helping people process through one of life’s most difficult challenges of losing someone they love. I also use CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness based techniques to engage my clients in session. I am a Christian and use faith in session for those that do want a Christian approach.
I provide a warm, person-centered approach and a safe space for you to process through every emotion you are feeling. I firmly believe that you, the client are the expert on your life and I have the privilege of walking with you on your journey to health and wellbeing. It is never a wrong time to reach out for help!
