Are you a child or teen that is having a difficult time? Maybe you are going through a divorce, someone you love has passed, or you have endured abuse and you are struggling with the emotional pain of it all. Perhaps you are a parent and feel that your family is being torn apart through the hardships that life brings and want a safe space of healing for you and your kids.
I utilize CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy to engage my clients in session. We might talk about hobbies you enjoy, play some games, do some art activities, learn how to express emotions in a healthy manner and learn coping skills for school, home, and social situations.
I provide a warm, person-centered approach and a safe space for your child or teen. I firmly believe that you, the client are the expert on your life and I have the privilege of walking with you on your journey to health and wellbeing. It is never a wrong time to reach out for help!
