Do you desire to enjoy life but feel run down to the ground? Have you struggled with anxiety, depression, addictions, life adjustments, or making that initial step to reach out for counseling? It is normal to be overwhelmed with stressful thoughts and not know how to manage everything life brings our way. As a counselor, I have hope in your potential and your future. I see you, I hear you, and I care! I want to help you in our therapeutic journey to further understand your genuine self. We can work together to identify tools that will help you cope in stressful moments as well as everyday coping skills to grow into your best self.
Maybe you are looking for a counselor who will listen with genuine concern, warmth, and collaboratively help to build a new and helpful perspective. I would be honored to help you begin that journey by creating a safe space for those conversations.
I integrate various therapeutic approaches and techniques, depending on what is best fit. Every individual is unique in their own beautiful way and I strive to meet my clients where they are at! I often come from a client-centered approach with the use of mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy.
