Clinician
Do you feel like nobody understands you? Are you facing difficult challenges in your life? Could you use some encouragement and support? I understand seeking help can feel uncomfortable or scary. The fact that you are reading this tells me already that you are brave. Whatever you are going through, I care and I want to help. Seeking counseling is the first step to a healthier and happier life. We all struggle at times and there is no shame in trying to alleviate the pressures you are feeling by talking to someone. Counseling can provide a safe and healing space for all types of pain and hardship we may endure.
As a counselor I want to meet you exactly where you are. I want to help you process your thoughts and emotions. I believe that therapy is a collaborative relationship based on trust and understanding. My goal is to learn about you and work together to find ways to make your life more fulfilling and joyful. Each individual, couple, and family have different needs and goals. I tailor each session to best fit the client. I use a strength based approach to counseling, meaning I will empower you to find your personal strengths. I will provide a variety of coping skills and mental wellness tools for you to add to your strengths. Together we can make a plan to manage what you are going through and help you find hope to reach the other side.
I look forward to the opportunity to support you in your journey to health and wellness.
