Are you feeling like you’re not being heard? Do you feel like you are alone? Do you struggle with asking for help? Are you feeling anxious or overwhelmed with life? Are you lacking confidence? I exude a laid-back approach that ties in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. I aim to provide an open and safe environment in which you feel comfortable discussing what you are feeling. My approach is warm, compassionate, and understanding. I will work with you to discover and utilize your strengths, explore your dreams and goals, and learn new effective coping skills. There is no one-size fits all approach to therapy. Together we will take the time to understand your unique experiences in order to start your journey to better health and well-being.
Taking the first step to receive counseling isn’t easy and takes an immense amount of strength. It is important to know that you are not alone. I am here to listen to every one of your concerns and find the best ways to help you on your journey. You will be heard and supported in every session as we discuss your thoughts and feelings.
