Helen is a Certified School Counselor and Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida working towards her licensure. Helen earned her Master’s degree in School Counseling and a graduate certificate in Addictive disorders from California University of Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Leo University. Helen is passionate about working with children and adolescents. Her experience in the school setting has equipped her with valuable insights into the developmental stages and stressors that students, young adults, and families encounter. She also has experience in ABA therapy and utilizing behavioral interventions. Helen uses techniques
including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Person Centered Counseling, and Solution Focused Therapy.
