These are all normal emotions that we all experience at one time or another, but which can start affecting our ability to complete daily tasks and responsibilities, becoming problematic. If you find yourself in this position, I want to help guide you through it. The journey through it may not always be easy, but the destination will be worth it.

While you are ultimately the one making the commitment to embark on this journey to improve the quality of your life, you are not alone. I will be with you every step of the way to help and encourage you to reach your full potential.
In addition to my experience working with clients who struggle with substance abuse and addiction, I also have training in anger management counseling in both group and individual therapy settings. I am very passionate about preventative proactive counseling for adolescents and pre-adolescents who may be experiencing some of these issues. The goal and benefit of initiating such counseling early is to provide youth with the skills and coping strategies necessary to manage life stressors as they arise. This in turn allows them to become confident, resilient, and successful adults. Furthermore, If you are looking for extra support for your child who is making the challenging transition from elementary to middle school, I am here to help them navigate through this journey.
