Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (pending)
I know that asking for help is difficult, but I am here to help you. If you’ve never been to therapy before (or even if you have!), it can be daunting and vulnerable to open up to a professional. I am proud of you for being here.
My goal as your therapist is to get to know you and your difficulties supportively and non-judgmentally. My approach is calm, kind, and compassionate. I am passionate about wanting to help you heal from past and present struggles, but you get to set the pace in your healing. I want to make you feel safe and comfortable as together we help you achieve your maximum self.
My approach is strength-based, where we collaborate to find solutions based on your strengths and assets. I believe in a solution-focused approach and in self-determination, where I believe that you have the answers within you. I will help you find them and implement the changes that you’ve made.
I will tailor my services based on your needs and will incorporate your feedback to be flexible with your desires. I want us to build a professional relationship together centered on you. You deserve to be heard and supported, and I will be there for you.
