My goal is to help you improve yourself in all aspects of life. I use a nonjudgmental, empathetic, compassionate and strength based therapeutic style. I collaboratively involve the individual or family throughout the entire therapeutic process. I believe that building a strong trusting relationship with my clients will help instill motivation for change. I have experience working with individuals who are struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, Body Image, Self-Esteem and Stress.
I have a passion working with individuals who are struggling with an Eating Disorder. Eating Disorders are a serious mental illness and are treatable. Yes! You CAN recover from an Eating Disorder! I will be with you every step of the way when you are combating your negative coping skills. Together, we will work on discovering who you are as a unique individual while you learn to disconnect yourself from the Eating Disorder.
