Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Intern
What in your immediate future would you like to change? Do you doubt yourself or have anxiety while in public? Do your thoughts race and you’re not sure how to control them? I want to listen to your concerns and help make a tailored game plan to direct your life in the way you want it. While all of our personal trials may be different, the emotions are the same. We can’t always control our external environment, but we can learn tools to slowly change our thought process and learn to let hurt go. I want to be an empathetic ear and focus my sole attention on you while we’re working together.
Life can be daunting, and working as a critical care nurse for 13 years, I know how quickly time can pass you by. Your life is important and should be lived fully! I worked as a massage therapist for six years prior to nursing and also have my bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology. Emotional release can occur in many different modalities and forms. Mental and physical health are all encompassing, and I want to share the expertise I have with you. I’m currently in Walden University’s mental health nurse practitioner program and am looking forward to growing further at Breaking Free Services.
