Do you often feel weighed down by feelings of anxiety? Have recent life changes made it difficult for you to enjoy life to its fullest resulting in feelings of loneliness or disappointment? If so, then come talk to me. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the underlying causes of your difficult and uncertain feelings.
I believe that healing is a collaborative effort that requires honest caring without judgment as I supportively assist you in clarifying your goals for treatment. Rather than adopting one therapeutic approach for all individuals and issues, I draw from a variety of methods to create a personalized approach for each individual and situation. With warmth, openness, and encouragement I will walk alongside you as we work toward positive outcomes in your life. With passion, understanding, and creativity, you will experience a down-to-earth, realistic approach as we build on your strengths to attain the goals you desire.
