My hope is for us to build a therapeutic relationship based off the foundations of safety, trustworthiness, and compassion. No obstacle is ever too big or unimportant. I strive to encourage individuals, couples, and families to increase their emotional awareness and identify behavioral patterns in order to best understand their needs and values within their environments. I believe all individuals have the capacity to grow through exploration of their feelings and responses to situations in their lives.
Chandler graduated with a dual Master of Education and Education Specialist degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from the University of Florida. She has experience working with individuals of all ages, couples, and families in an effort to help each client understand their role in the systems/relationships they are part of. Chandler’s primary approaches are through the lenses of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, utilizing strength-based practices
