Asking for help can be hard, but it will be worth it. My goal as a therapist is to better understand the difficulties you and your child are facing and come up with a plan to face these problems head-on. I want to work with your family to learn new behaviors that will be more effective for your family unit and your child. You and your child’s well-being is important, and I would love to offer my help and support during the therapy process.
I utilize a strengths-based approach in my therapy practice. I believe that every individual has countless strengths that can assist them in overcoming adversity and hardship. I want to work with you and your family to begin realizing these strengths within yourselves in order to aid in your therapy process. I believe that every individual is deserving of the best treatment possible in order to assist in living a happy and healthy life. It is never too early or too late to ask for help!
