Graduate Practicum Intern
Does life feel out of control? Is life throwing too much at you too quickly? Does it feel like you are not yourself anymore? Each of us experiences circumstances that can be overwhelming and isolating to overcome alone. By collaborating and partnering with another person, counseling provides a safe environment for discovering resilience and freedom, allowing you to uncover new strategies and techniques to change and thrive. By reaching out, you have shown courage that highlights your strength to overcome challenges.
My client-centered approach provides a non-judgmental space for you to be seen and heard as you share the stories that have shaped you. I will show empathy, compassion, and genuine acceptance to offer a sacred space to flourish in understanding one’s true self and the importance of experiencing community and healthy relationships.
