We all have needs and wants that long to be met. When they are not fulfilled, we find ourselves looking for any and all solutions. Often we end up alone, feeling isolated, guilty and confused. However, no one should go through life alone. That is why I am here. I want to help you find solutions.
My therapy approach is catered to my client’s individual needs and goals. I aim to establish a strong relationship with my clients in order to create a comfortable and supportive space. While helping my clients recognize and become aware of their thinking patterns, I encourage them to establish new ways of life. I believe I can help my clients create a life worth living and one they are proud of.
Allison received her Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology from the University of Florida. Through her graduate studies at the University of South Florida, she earned her Master’s of Arts in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in Addictions and Substance Abuse Counseling. She has experience working with clients of various ages and mental health issues including the Veteran population and those who struggle with addiction and eating disorders.
