Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern
I am here for you and with you.
You are many things to many people—but who are you to yourself? In the midst of life’s demands, it’s easy to lose connection with your own needs, emotions, and sense of self. Feelings like fear, doubt, and overwhelm can take hold, leading to patterns that no longer serve you.
Therapy is a space to slow down, reconnect, and begin to understand yourself with greater compassion. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where we can explore your inner world, build self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My work is grounded in Trauma-Informed Integrated Care and have been trained on Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping you understand and heal the different parts of yourself. I am also a Certified Women’s Health Specialist, supporting clients navigating PMDD, the impact of hormones on mental health, pregnancy and postpartum experiences, and the nuanced aspects of sexuality—all with openness and care.
Alejandra is a Registered Mental Health Intern (IMH25630) in Florida with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.
