I believe that an essential part of healing is understanding the connection between the mind and body. Many times, our thoughts and emotions have a great influence on our physical health. Anxiety, depression, and many other common concerns can significantly impact some of our basic human needs such as sleep, appetite, and energy. My hope is to provide you with practices and skills that will help you overcome these challenges while developing a positive relationship with your own mind, body, and spirit. As a counselor I am here to support YOU through YOUR journey!
